To carry out electrical works as required to set specifications and standards within agreed times.
To attend study days at College to achieve your qualification. (1 day per week)
To assist other building maintenance workers, Maintenance Managers, Project Managers and Site Supervisors as required.
To ensure accurate records are kept including time, date and duration of work carried out in line with agreed standards.
To ensure that the correct safety procedures are followed before using tools and equipment.
To achieve a high standard of works within given time deadlines, and to the agreed specifications.
To ensure confidentiality at all times in all matters relating to any work or communication within the Department and the City Council.
